Return Policy
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Unboxing Video Requirement
Important: Customers are required to provide an unboxing video when requesting a return or exchange. This video must clearly show the package being opened and the condition of the item upon arrival. All return or exchange requests without an unboxing video will be automatically declined.
How to Return
- Email us at thekiddiboshop@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and your unboxing video.
- We will provide you with return instructions within 1-2 business days.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Sale or clearance items
- Returns requested without an unboxing video
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact us at thekiddiboshop@gmail.com with your unboxing video to arrange an exchange.
